Energy Balancing Sessions
A crystal bowl and tuning fork session uses sound vibrations and frequencies to promote relaxation and support a sense of energetic balance. During the session, resonant tones from crystal singing bowls and tuning forks are applied around the body, often with a focus on the chakra system, to encourage calm, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
Private sessions are offered along with small groups (3-6 people) in the wellness center.
