Service Description

9-Week Chakradance™ Freedom Course starts September 20th - November 15th This course is in-person at Sweet Wellness Center. Space is limited to 5 participants. Sessions will be held Sunday's at 3:00 pm for 90 minutes. Each week will have a different theme as we move through the chakras. Sessions include meditation, Chakradance™ and mandala art. You are invited to move in what ever ways feel good to your body in the moment (laying down, seated, standing - dancing/moving). Zero judgement. Classes are held light by candles with chakra-resonant music and guided visualization.
